Before You Enquire
Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 6–12 months for weddings, especially for peak season dates — but reach out even if your date is closer, we'll always let you know honestly if it's possible.
What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit secures your date exclusively — once paid, we turn away all other enquiries for that day. It's non-refundable because it protects your date from being double-booked.
Can I taste the cake before committing?
Yes — our tasting box lets you try all signature flavours, and the cost is fully credited toward your final wedding cake.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We can accommodate most dietary preferences and offer suitable alternatives, however due to the size of our kitchen, we're unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free product — trace amounts of allergens may be present. Let us know your requirements in your enquiry and we'll talk through what's possible.
Do you deliver to my venue?
Yes — wedding cakes include complimentary delivery and setup at your venue. It's part of our commitment to an all-inclusive service, so you have peace of mind knowing your cake is being taken care of professionally on your special day.
